New Year’s Eve heading into 2025 is specifically designed to be a gathering to equip God’s people to align with His story line for the current season through: hearing the word of the Lord, teaching, ministry, impartation,  and an extended time of worship, intercession, and prayer.

Darkness to Light offers training that specializes in the education and prevention of child sexual abuse, other forms of abuse, and mandated reporting.

This training will feature: 

• Delivered in a trauma-informed way by instructors and facilitators who have been rigorously trained.

• Features powerful videos paired with robust facilitated discussion.

• Teaches three foundational empowerment skills: Making choices that protect children, Taking risks to minimize danger to children, and Supporting each other.

• Highlights The 5 Steps to Protecting Children™ and how to apply them to better protect children from child sexual abuse.

This in-person training is not only instrumental to all that we do at The Garden Greenville but applicable to anyone who has or works with children. Cost includes a workbook, in-person instruction, and an official certificate of completion. This training is open to the public.
